What is not included

Copywriting beyond structure and editing. Photography. Logo and brand identity. Paid advertising. Content written every month. I know good people for all of it and I will introduce you rather than mark it up.

Domain registration and third-party licences are billed at cost, in your name. If a project genuinely needs something outside my scope, it goes in the quote as a line you can decline.

Questions people actually ask

Why publish prices when nobody else does?

Because the first question every business owner has is what it costs, and making them fill in a form to find out is a bad way to start. It also means the enquiries I get are from people the numbers suit.

Are these fixed or from-prices?

Launch, the audit and discovery are fixed. Bespoke is fixed once we have agreed the page list, which takes one call. Commerce and apps are genuinely scoped, so I quote after discovery.

Can I pay monthly?

Sometimes, over three or six months, for the build fee. Ask. I would rather agree it up front than chase an invoice later.

Do you charge VAT?

Not currently. Prices are what you pay. If that changes, existing quotes stand.

What if the project goes over?

If I misjudged it, that is on me and the price holds. If the scope grows because you want more, I tell you the cost before doing the work.
