- Tunbridge Wells, Southborough, Rusthall
- Eight miles on the A26, about twenty minutes. In person as often as the work needs it, at no charge.
- Tonbridge, Pembury, Paddock Wood
- Fourteen or fifteen miles, half an hour by road. Close enough that a second or third visit is never an issue.
- Sevenoaks, Edenbridge, Westerham
- Nineteen miles to Sevenoaks, under half an hour. That surprises people who assume anything within reach of the M25 is a London journey.
- Cranbrook, Goudhurst, Hawkhurst
- Twenty to twenty-five miles east along the Weald, nearer forty minutes, because these are B roads rather than dual carriageway.
- Maidstone and the Medway towns
- Twenty-five miles to Maidstone, about forty minutes, with Medway a little beyond it. Roughly the edge of where a site visit is useful rather than performative.
- Ashford, Tenterden, Faversham
- An hour or so each way. I will come once for a build worth coming for, and once is all I will promise you.
- Canterbury, Folkestone, Dover, Thanet
- Fifty to seventy miles, an hour and a half each way. Remote, and I would rather write that down than sell you a visit I would resent making.
- What a Kent build costs
- £1,950 to £3,900 for a website, £4,500 and up for a shop, £7,500 and up for an application. The published tiers, unchanged by which end of the county you sit in and with no travel line on the invoice.
